  • You are responsible for what goes into your body.
  • Recognize your problem; it’s not normal and it’s not okay.
  • There is a process to follow for weight loss.
  • Embrace your hunger and exercise regularly.
  • Weigh yourself daily and learn from your mistakes.

Only one person is responsible to regulate what goes in your gullet. You are responsible.

So to begin with, you need two things. You need a crisis and a process.

The process. First, you decide. Decide what you want. And rather than be vague with this, I think the easiest thing to do here is decide what you want to weigh.

Guys, I got 10 years of weight loss coaching in seven minutes for you, so buckle up. First, recognize that you have a problem. It's not normal. It's not okay. A lot of people get irritated with that because they're thinking when I say that, oh, I'm less than.

No, you're human. Everybody's got problems. And a lot of times they never deal with it because they reject that mindset that you have a problem. You do.

You eat for two people. You use and you abuse food.

Now, don't say, well, then what's it even worth? No, everybody's got issues. This happens to be yours, and it's not McDonald's fault.

Only one person is responsible to regulate what goes in your gullet. It's not your doctor. It's not your mom, it's not your wife. It's not your kids. You are responsible.

So to begin with, you need two things.

You need a crisis and a process. The crisis is a gift. It's a gift from God. Most people don't do anything until there's a crisis in their life. You need to see this as a crisis.

The process. There's lots of them out there. I'm gonna give you one today that I think is the best.

The process. First, you decide. Decide what you want. And rather than be vague with this, I think the easiest thing to do here is decide what you want to weigh. Give yourself a range. I would suggest a 5 to 10 pound range that you're like, I just want to stay in this range.

That's not horrible. That's not bad. That's good. You need that.

Remember, you have a problem. Some people don't need to do this ever. And some people do, and they won't. If you will, you're gonna get this.

So you have a process where you decide what you want to weigh.

Now, this is so important. This next piece is so important. Until you've locked in to what you're going to do, you need to be doing this.

And what happens with so many people is they try something for a little while, then they do nothing. They try something else for a little while, then they do nothing.

It's the do nothing time that is your biggest issue, and that's what I'm gonna address right now, you never do nothing. Anytime you're in between programs.

Now, you may do one program and do it the rest of your life and love it, okay? Then you don't, then you're good. But most people, their problem is the in between.

So in between programs and until you find a program, this is what you do. So you start doing this today.

Number one, and there's four keys here.

One, stop eating at 7:30. And you may immediately think, well, I can't do that. Because no, you can't do that because you don't recognize your problem. You can do that.

You find a way to stop eating at 7:30. You're not normal, act like it.

Number two, embrace the hunger. And I'm going back to you're not normal, act like it. Again, you got offended there.

If you did, you're not going to change, you're not going to do anything, embrace that. Everybody has something like that.

So number two, embrace the hunger. You're going to get hungry. That doesn't mean you need to eat.

Our satisfaction with food is overrated. And that's such a big part of the problem.

Hey, if you have 30, 50, 80, £100 on your body, you are a walking food bank. You have food to eat. You really don't need to worry when you get hungry that something's going wrong here.

You're going to be okay. I was talking to one guy and I said, so what's your biggest concern? He said, I'm heavier than I've ever been. He said, and this is not me.

Do you understand? That's not you.

You have a soul. That's who you are. That's your essence. That is you. And when you live to be satisfied with what you eat, you're losing your soul.

Who are you? This is important. And I know we're going deep here because this is so important.

So many people live to gratify an area of their lives that that becomes, this is who I am. No, that's not who you are. You have a soul. Don't lose it just to gratify your flesh.

Number three, exercise 20 minutes every day. Again, you may have reacted, you may have been triggered with that.

Well, I don't have. See, that's part of the problem. This is revealing when you say, well, I can't or I don't have time for that, it's revealing part of the issue.

You aren't too busy to exercise 20 minutes a day. You just don't care that much.

So until you're locked into something else. This is something you do every day. If you're between plans. If you were gonna try to do keto and now you're gonna do something else later in between, you do these things.

Number four, weigh yourself every day. It keeps you honest, it keeps you engaged.

When you step on the scale, it's not telling you what you're worth, it's telling you what you weigh. You need the data.

And before I give you the last one, why not launch into this with some help from me and do my 21 day transformation? We do one every month. There's a link in the description. I'd love to have you in our next group.

And for the last one, number five, when you mess up, get up. What are you gonna do? You gonna quit?

What does that even mean? When somebody says, I quit, I quit my diet. Here's how I want you to look at that. Look at it like you're responsible to pay bills and you're trying to decide if you want to work or not.

No, you may not like your job, but you're not gonna just not work. You get another job.

You are responsible to regulate what goes into your gullet. You're never gonna be like, I'm not gonna do that. Because giving up means you really don't care.

So when you mess up, get up. And remember, train your brain and transform your body.
