Please come in.

Good morning, sir.

Good morning. My name is Fu Rio and I was called for an interview with EHR.

Oh, I'm Mr. Pan, the human resources director of this company.

Great. Please have a seat.

Thank you very much, Mr. Pan.

So first of all, could you tell me about yourself please?

Sure. First of all, thank you very much for giving me the chance to have this interview with you. My name is Fu Rio. My major is marketing.

I graduated from the University of Quebec in Montreal. In the last two years, I worked as a trainee in an international company.

What attracts you most to our company?

I did a lot of research on your company's website and I found out that your company is the leading company in the domestic market. So I pretty much admire this as well.

Also, the company's values align very well with my personal goals and objectives.

Then what are your career objectives?

So first of all, I expect that I can apply my knowledge into practice and also that I can contribute a great deal to this company, not only as a worker, but also hopefully in the future as a leader of a team of energetic and productive people as well as a fresh graduate.

What do you think is the most important or essential factor to establishing and maintaining a good relationship with your future boss?

So all the supervisors have a lot of rich experience. I will try to communicate with them as much as possible if there is any problem or difficulties or challenges within my work so that we can especially fix those problems or unforeseen circumstances within this position.

What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?

I communicate very effectively with people. I deal with pressure very well and I also maintain a very calm and calculated attitude. So I am very excited to be able to apply all of those strengths and qualities into this work.

Hopefully, when it comes to weaknesses, sometimes I tend to be a little bit overconfident, which is not good. So whenever you have a problem, I try to believe in myself to fix it. But sometimes I need help or assistance. And so it would rather be helpful to ask your supervisors rather than doing it by yourself.

Then how do you handle pressures and tight deadlines?

I see pressure as a positive thing rather than a negative. First of all, I prioritize tasks. I break them down. I try to remain cool, calm and calculated in order to deal with problems that you may encounter in this position.

Okay, so what are your salary expectations?

It all depends on the job responsibilities, tasks and missions as well. But I don't have any specific number in mind.

Do you have any questions?

Yes. I found out on your company's website that your company organizes business trips overseas. Is that correct?

Yes, you are right. But it happens occasionally. You know, we have different markets in different countries, so it will depend on which departments you will be working in.

Okay. So thank you for your time, and we would like to know the result once it is out.

And I will inform you as early as possible.

Great. I hope we can keep in touch. And I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you very much, sir, once again.

Have a good day.

Have a good day as well.

Yeah. Bye.

Bye, Sam.
