Hi guys. You might be someone who is scrolling through Instagram for hours and hours, but guess what, there are some great hacks out there that you probably don't even know exist.

Well in today's video, I'm going to reveal 10 cool Instagram tips and tricks that you must definitely try. So this is Bryaian from IL Learners, and let's start using Instagram in a new way.

Tip number one: get more views for your reels! If you are someone who posts reels on Instagram, you can take it one step further by posting it on Facebook as well. This will widen your audience so you get a higher number of views on your reels.

Now the good news is you don't have to post reels separately on Facebook and on Instagram. You can set it up to post automatically on Facebook whenever you share a post or reels on Instagram.

To do that, just go to your account, click here, go to Settings and Privacy, then Sharing and Remixes. Now scroll down to the bottom, click here, and then click Share as brand itself. Alright, over to the next tip!

Tip number two: Scheduling your posts or reels. Yes, you don’t have to worry about when to post your photos or reels anymore. You can schedule your posts and share them later. Just go here and select what you want to post.

I am selecting this image, then click next. Now go to advanced settings. Enable this option to schedule the post. Select the date and time when you want to post it, and once you're done, just go ahead and share your post.

You will see a message saying your post is scheduled for the selected time. Now if you want to see all the posts that you’ve scheduled, you can click the plus symbol, and you will find the scheduled section. Here, you can see your scheduled posts or reels. Just open it and you can see the date and when you scheduled this post.

Now say you changed your mind and want to cancel the schedule. Click on the three dots and click delete. That’s it.

Tip number three: Upload your reels in high quality. Have you ever posted a reel and felt that your video quality has got reduced and it doesn’t look as good as your original video? Well, this used to be a huge problem for content creators, but not anymore.

You can now share your reels in high quality. Just open the video you want to post, click next, then head out to advanced settings. Enable this option, now if you go ahead and post it, your reels will have the highest quality as your original video.

Tip number four: Add multiple links to your bio. You can now add more than one link to your page, and it will appear like this. This is a huge advantage for a lot of creators and business people who want to share many links on their page.

Let me quickly show you how to do it. Just go to your profile, hit edit, and click Add link. Choose External link, add the link you want, give it a name, then click here, and your link will be added.

In the same way, you can add as many links as you want and they'll appear on your profile. Like this.

Let’s go here, and you can see all the links you’ve added. If someone clicks on the link, it’ll directly take them to that page.

Tip number five: You can now send a message without the other person getting a notification. Yes, that’s right! Your recipient won’t get a notification that you sent a message.

So they can see it only when they open the chat. To send a message like that, open the chat, type silent, enter the message you want, and send it. As you can see here, this person hasn't received any message as a notification.

Now if we open the chat, you can see the message that we’ve sent. Interesting, right?

Tip number six: How to download any reel you want? Instagram has made it possible to download reels from the app itself, so you don’t have to use any third-party app. However, you can only download a reel if the person who posted it has allowed downloads.

Let me show you how it works. Just click on the share button on any reel, and you will find the download option. Click on it, and the reel will be downloaded. Now if the owner has not allowed downloads, the download option won’t appear here.

Tip number seven: Let me show you how you can create attractive stories like this. As you can see, these stories look like they’ve been edited by professionals. But no, you can do it easily on Instagram just by yourself.

First, head to your story and pick a photo you like. You can add effects by just swiping your mobile screen like this. Just choose any effect you want. Now to add a new image like this, go here and hit the plus icon.

Select the image you want, and you can change its shape by tapping on the image. Now you can place it wherever you want just by dragging it like this. We have a cool design and we can add more effects. Just go here and check the options.

Next, let's add some music. Click on this icon and select your favorite song. You can also search for the song you want. And we're done!

Now if you want to display the lyrics, just choose a font here. And if you want to display it like this, select this one. Then I'm going to add a Music wave animation. So just search for music wave, select the one you want, and in the same way, you can add any element you want using these options.

Tip number eight: The next tip is to find the perfect filter on Instagram. You might have noticed some cool filters on reels and stories that you’ve seen, but have you ever wondered where to find such filters? Here’s the trick.

Open your story, tap on the plus button, swipe to the end, click on it, and here you will find a variety of filters and effects under each category. To save a favorite, just select it and click here, and it will appear in your recent filters.

Tip number nine: Avoid sensitive content. You might have come across posts that say sensitive content inside. These posts can have information, audio, or visuals that could make you feel uncomfortable.

So if you don’t want to see such posts appear on your feeds, then you can choose to avoid it. Just go to your profile, click here, click Settings and Privacy, tap on Suggested content, go to Sensitive content, choose less, and hit Confirm.

Tip number ten: Now, we’ve come to the final tip and this is an important one. Keep your account safe from hackers. To secure your account from hacking, it is always recommended to enable the two-step authentication feature.

To do that, head over to Settings and Privacy, then go to Account center and select Password and Security. Here you will find the two-factor authentication. Click on it, choose your account, and select how you want to receive the security codes, whether it's through WhatsApp, SMS, or other preferred methods.

Then click next to complete the setup. Sometimes you may receive fake Instagram emails like this, saying that your account has issues and asking you to enter a code or click the link. It’s a trap to hack your account.

So before doing anything, just open your Instagram app, head to Password and Security, click on Recent emails, select your account. Now if it’s the official email, Instagram will notify you. Here you can see the login and security emails, and if you go you can see the other emails from Instagram.

So this way, you can avoid fake emails and keep your account safe.
