Are you uncertain about God's purpose for your life?
Do you feel like there is nothing extraordinary about you?
This video will bring clarity.

Today, God loves you and you are His chosen.
But if you still doubt that, watch out for these 10 signs.
When you see these signs in your life, you are anointed by God.
Plus, this video will teach you how to use your anointing for God's earthly agenda.
You will also learn how to sustain God's grace in your life.

God's anointing is a sign that God's spirit is present with you.
God's anointing on you gives you the ability to do things beyond the natural.
In the Old Testament, it was an act that showed God's approval and power over the Chosen one.
This was how kings, priests, prophets, and leaders were elected for service.

If God's anointing is in your life, it means He is calling you for a special purpose.
It is a call to responsibility. God sets His anointed apart for special assignments.
He ensures that you have certain abilities that make you different from others.

As God's anointed, you have a call toward compassion.
The anointing makes you ready to serve God's purpose.
But how will you know that you carry this anointing?
Let's discover your divine purpose today.

C.S. Lewis once said, "You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream."
This wisdom deeply applies to understanding God's call on your life.
Sometimes it takes a new perspective or a renewed sense of purpose to truly grasp the extraordinary life God has planned for you.

Number one: when you sense specific demands of consecration upon your life, God always separates those whom He calls.
This is why He always puts demands on them.
The call into God's anointing is sacred, and He will require some form of dedication from you.

Many of God's anointed in the Old Testament lived in consecration from birth.
For example, He instructed Samson's parents on their responsibility because of His anointing on Samson.
Judges 13:4-5 says, "Now see to it that you drink no wine or other fermented drink and that you do not eat anything unclean. You will become pregnant and have a son whose head is never to be touched by a razor."
Because the boy is to be a Nazirite dedicated to God from the womb, he will take the lead in delivering Israel from the hands of the Philistines.

An angel also gave instructions to the parents of John the Baptist.
Luke 1:15-16 states, "For he will be great in the sight of the Lord. He is never to take wine or other fermented drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he is born."
He will bring back many of the people of Israel to the Lord their God.

Can you see how God was specific about His demands on their lives?
He placed a great call on them and needed them to be set apart.
Samson was to bring deliverance to the Israelites, so he had to stay consecrated.
John had to prepare the hearts of many for the coming of the Messiah.
This means that he could not live like everyone else.

God anointed them before their birth, but they had to live a sacred life if they were to walk in the fulfillment of their divine purpose.
This is exactly how God works with everyone He calls.
He always gives them personal responsibilities of dedication as an act of consecration to God.

The anointed ones are to learn from a spiritual authority.
So if you find God directing you toward submission to a particular spiritual guide, you must yield without question.
The manifestation of your divine ability comes from submitting to those who have gone ahead.

This is where you learn the paths of God from the patriarchs of old.
C.S. Lewis remarked, "Obedience is the road to freedom."
As God's anointed, you start to see the relevance of surrendering to a spiritual authority.

These authorities could be your church community or someone whose spiritual growth you admire.
When you start to understand the importance of aligning with the authorities that God has put in place, it is a sign.
While in submission to them, you must serve them with integrity and show respect to them as unto God.

This is one of the ways that God prepares you before He anoints you.
Joshua learned under Moses and received the anointing to take over after Moses.
Samuel submitted to Eli in consecration to God, and he received the anointing to be one of the greatest prophets of the Old Testament.
The same ordeal played out in the story of Elijah and Elisha.

These men could explore their divine calling because they submitted to the spiritual authorities that God placed before them.
They served diligently until they received impartations to carry on after their masters.

Is God asking you to submit to a spiritual authority?
It is because of His call on your life.
When God starts to make such demands from you, it is a moment of realization.
This is when you know that there is something different about you.
This difference is His anointing on you.

2. You constantly hear the voice of God.
God keeps trying to communicate with you.
When He anoints you, He wants you to understand that you are not ordinary.
This is why He makes attempts to speak with you.

He kept calling out to Samuel, but he didn't respond promptly because he was not familiar with God's voice.
1 Samuel 3:6-8 says, "Again, the Lord called Samuel, and Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, 'Here I am. You called me, my son.' Eli said, 'I did not call. Go back and lie down.'"
Samuel did not yet know the Lord; the word of the Lord had not yet been revealed to him.

A third time the Lord called Samuel, and Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, "Here I am. You called me."
Then Eli realized that the Lord was calling the boy.
Are you like Samuel?
Do you keep hearing someone speak to you?
Are you unable to discern what God is saying to you?
It is God reaching out to you as His anointed.

When God starts to reach out to you, it is usually because He wants to reveal His will to you.
God always communicates to His anointed ones what He's about to do.
In different seasons, God's anointed are messengers that convey His decrees to the world.

So the next time you hear God calling out, give Him a response.
Tell Him you are ready for His encounter.
Do you want to find out other signs that show you are anointed by God? Let's get into it.

3. You are distinctively humble.
One of the signs that you are one of God's anointed is meekness.
God never chooses anyone who does not have a humble heart.
Everyone He worked with were people who had a deep reverence for Him.

Numbers 12:3 says, "Now Moses was a very humble man, more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth."
It is an attribute His anointed carry.
God will not anoint anyone who He senses pride in because He detests pride.
He only leads those who are lowly at heart.

God gives you the anointing so that you can be His witness on earth.
So if you find yourself revering God and your fellow humans, you are a candidate for God's anointing.
When you discover that you have God's anointing, you must learn to guard your heart against pride.

There are many whom God chose and later disapproved of because they started to overestimate themselves.
C.S. Lewis wisely noted, "Humility is not thinking less of yourself; it's thinking of yourself less."
God only gives grace to the humble, so you must be careful not to lose your anointing as a result of pride.

You must learn to live like Jesus, the Anointed One.
Though He was God, He humbled Himself on the assignment.
You must never look down on others because of God's gifts.
See His anointing on your life as a privilege to serve and enforce His will on earth.
The anointing is for God's purpose, not about you.

4. Clarity of purpose.
If you are God's anointed, you experience a sense of purpose.
You will begin to sense that there is a higher calling on your life.
You will start to walk in the authenticity of God's call on your life.

You will begin to connect the dots that link all the gifts and talents God has placed in you.
This is you discovering the unique ways God has equipped you to serve your world.
The understanding you gain about your purpose is what makes you different from the rest.

It makes you live with prestige.
You become more careful about the actions you take.
You start to live life with intentionality.
You begin to model your life in consistency with your divine purpose.

Are you seeing all these things play out in your life?
If yes, it's an unmistakable sign that you are anointed by God.

5. A sense of servanthood.
Contrary to what many think about God's anointed ones, the call is strictly one of stewardship.
All of God's chosen ones in the past were not called to be high officials.
They were servants to the people God sent them to.

Every anointed one knows his purpose is primarily to serve and be a vessel through which God reaches others.
Think about Moses and his call to the Israelites.
He spent his life sold out to the course of leading God's people.
He served them in times of convenience and seasons of difficulties.

How about Jesus?
The Scriptures called Him the Anointed One.
Yet His duty to the people was laying down His life.
He lost His life to serve the purpose for which God sent Him on earth.

So when you also start to get a sense of stewardship, it is a sign that you have God's anointing in your life.
You realize that your life is not yours.
You start to understand that you are one of God's messengers on earth, one whose shoulders carry the burdens and desires of God.
You stand as a vessel through which God can fulfill His will on earth.

Regardless of your gifts, God expects you to keep a humble heart.
He wants you to take the position of a servant.
Your role is to serve selflessly.
That's not all.
There are other magnificent ways in which God reveals His calling on your life.

6. A sense of leadership.
Do you always find it natural to take up leadership positions?
Do people always request you to lead them?
It's a sign you are anointed by God.

Beloved, along with God's anointing on you is the grace for leadership.
The nature of your assignment will require you to be in charge of others.
God puts you in a position where others look up to you for guidance and direction.

As a leader, you take steps and people emulate them.
Every one of God's anointed in the Scriptures was in charge of men.
This is where God entrusts you with the lives of many.
Their destinies become dependent on the direction you give.

They become your responsibility, and God gives you the duty to lead them on godly paths.
God understands the importance of wisdom to a leader.
So He also gives you divine wisdom to help you function in your divine purpose.

This is a divine ability to know the things that others do not.
You will have an understanding that can only be from God.
People will be unable to understand how you know the things you know.
You will find yourself walking in precision.

Do you find solutions to issues easily?
Do you ponder how you navigate through complexities?
Are you always prompt when carrying out your tasks?
That is an experience of God's wisdom.

It helps you know what to do at the right time.
You have quick and sharp discernment through the help of the Holy Spirit.
Along with the sense of leadership comes the opportunity to impact lives.

God starts to use your life as a source of inspiration to others.
Your words and actions bring transformation in the lives of many.
Through you, God turns the hearts of many to Himself.
Your life as a chosen one becomes a point of reference for many who need to find clarity and purpose.

This is why it is such an honor to be part of the anointed ones.
Through you, God can reach out to the hopeless and give peace to those in distress.
So if you find yourself making such an impact, you must start recognizing your divine call.

7. You cherish and prioritize your intimacy with God.
The anointed ones always see the need to keep a close relationship with God.
If you find yourself yearning to be in God's secret place, it is a sign.
You burn with an insatiable desire for God's presence and start to seek Him.

You always want to hear His voice and never seem to get enough.
You make conscious efforts to show up in your meeting hours with God, and you always want to communicate with Him.
This intimacy also brings you to the place of prayer.

You find yourself prioritizing God's presence.
You hold a deep regard for God and listen to His instructions.
You also receive strength and endurance to take on the tasks He gives you.

As you stay in fellowship, God begins to entrust you with matters of the kingdom.
In your fellowship with God, He teaches you His place as Lord over your life.
And He brings you to the understanding of your responsibilities as His Anointed One.

If you're experiencing all that, then you are anointed by God.
Your intimacy with God drives you to desire the things that God desires.
You'll realize you begin to pay interest in what He enjoys.

This is where the drive for soul winning comes in.
Those with God's anointing also have a deep yearning to do His will.
They can easily put aside their ambitions and personal pursuits for God.

They take pleasure in pleasing the heart of the Father.
When you find yourself gravitating towards kingdom advancement, helping the needy, and rescuing those who need saving, you are carrying God's burden.
And that is the major role of God's anointed.

They bear the burdens of the One who sent them.
They ensure that they fulfill the desires of His heart.
You start to build an active walk with the Holy Spirit.

He's no longer a distant personality.
You find yourself getting closer to Him as you spend time with God.
He no longer becomes a stranger; He is now a close friend.

Another thing that happens aside from intimacy with the Holy Spirit is the outpouring of His presence.
You experience a baptism of the Holy Ghost like Jesus' disciples on the day of Pentecost.
Acts 2:1-3 states, "When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly, a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them."

The Holy Spirit came on them and enabled them for their assignment.
After that experience, they were bold enough to preach the gospel without fearing the consequences.
Peter, who previously denied Jesus, could stand boldly and proclaim the good news of salvation.

Because something was different about him.
The Holy Spirit transformed Peter into a soldier of Christ.
He gave Peter the power he needed to carry out his divine purpose.

When you begin to discover other dimensions of the Holy Ghost on you, He is preparing you for a special assignment.
That boldness you have to do the will of God is a sign that the Holy Spirit is preparing you for your assignment.
This boldness makes you fearless of spiritual opposition.

This is because the Holy Spirit gives you the power to challenge the principalities of the world.
As an anointed one, you can break strongholds and bring deliverance to many through the name of Jesus.
Here are more pointers that you have an anointing on your life.

8. Divine Direction.
The channels to God are always open to God's anointed ones.
He does not want you to make the wrong decisions because your purpose is essential.
So He always directs you which way to go.

His voice is never far from you.
Like a mother studies a child learning to walk, He holds and guides you through every hurdle on the path of your destiny.
When you find God ordering your steps, it shows you the path to take at every point in time and lets you know that you are unique.

There is something special about your life.
His anointing is on you, and that is why He does not want you to make mistakes.
Number nine: You possess spiritual gifts.

One of the proofs that you are anointed by God is through the manifestations of spiritual gifts.
There is supernatural empowerment in the people God chooses for a divine purpose.
These gifts stand as God's seal on the anointed One.

Your supernatural gifts are proofs of His presence with you as you take on the assignment.
Remember when Jesus sent His disciples on an errand to preach the gospel, they came back with testimonies of the devils being subject to them.
It was because they had an endowment of these spiritual gifts.

1 Corinthians 12:10-11 states, "To another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and He distributes them to each one just as He determines."

Those anointed by God often demonstrate the supernatural manifestation of spiritual gifts such as prophecy, teaching, healing, or discernment.
These abilities are not for personal gain but for the edification of the body of Christ and the advancement of His kingdom.

Do you have the gift of healing?
Does teaching and edification come to you easily?
Do you have a gift for prophesying or giving interpretation to dreams?
If you find any dimension of these gifts at work in your life, then you have a special anointing.

God is calling you to manifest His presence in the lives of others.
A sign that you are one of God's anointed is that you do not take advantage of your spiritual gifts.
When you start to recognize that these divine abilities are for the promotion of God's kingdom, you are indeed called the disciples.

And apostles never manipulated others for their gains.
Even though they had the gifts, they used them to heal and deliver those who were under oppression.
They used their spiritual gifts to serve God's purpose while they were on Earth; they recognized that these abilities were not theirs, but a sacred trust from God to be used for the benefit of His people.

God invests these gifts in you for the emergence of who He called you to be.
So when you sense a strong desire to help others and bring glory to God through your gifts, they are a sign that you are God's anointed.

C.S. Lewis once wrote, "God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our consciences, but shouts in our pains. It is His megaphone to rouse a deaf world."
This is particularly true when God equips His anointed ones with spiritual gifts.
He uses them as His voice to reach others.

10. Perseverance through trials and tribulations.
One attribute that God gives His Anointed One is perseverance.
He gives you the grace to face difficulties and come out victorious.
There's a unique enablement to face the worst challenges and still stand triumphant.

Have you ever wondered why you are still standing despite the battles?
Does your fighting ability surprise you?
God gives you this perseverance so that you not only stay in the fight but come out in victory.

It is because He destined you to be a beacon of light to others.
Your stories and testimonies will save someone clueless about the path to take.
He preserves you so that you can bless someone in the future.

God also allows you to go through these trials to understand the situation of those He is sending you to.
He opens your heart in compassion towards these people by taking you through the same processes as them.

There is something different about you walking a path before others.
You understand and become conversant with the challenges on that path, putting you in a better position to direct and instruct others to take the same path.
So God gives you perseverance through hard times so that you can help others as His Anointed.

He gives you perseverance through that health problem so that you can receive grace to pull others out.
Once you defeat the chains of depression, God endows you with an ability.
You become drawn to those who are going through depression, and there is an anointing to help them get through that phase.

If you are wondering why you have the strength to keep fighting, know that it is God's way of empowering you as His chosen one.
This is why you must remain steadfast when you go through trials.
These moments of difficulty are common to everyone who has God's anointing on their lives.

You must trust God's ability to save you.
He allows these moments for your refinement so that you can be ready.
Through these difficulties, you receive the strength to pursue your divine assignment.

Now that you know these signs, you must understand your responsibility.
When you sense God's call, you must align yourself with God's purpose.
You must also understand that God will not place His seal on anyone who walks contrary to His ways.

You must honor God in your thoughts, words, and actions.
God's anointing on your life does not stop at only matters of the kingdom.
As much as serving God's Kingdom is paramount, your anointing is not limited to just that area.

This means God can call you into politics, music, business, research, or the corporate world.
The anointing is functional even in every sphere you find yourself.
You might not be standing in front of a crowd, but you are touching the lives of your community.

Whatever area you find yourself in, you must fulfill the will of your Maker.
It is God's call on your life, and you are to respond accordingly.
You must learn not to despise or disregard God's call on your life.

Regardless of where God places you, your role is to bring Him honor and praise.
You must not consider your assignments less than that of another.
You have to keep focus on the race ahead of you.

You must give yourself to constant study of the Word of God.
As you study, you must learn to discern God's voice.
You will begin to understand the patterns through which God deals with you.

As you grow, you will learn to discern His voice from others.
It is important that you know the voice of God because He will speak to you about others.
He will start to send you on errands.

This is why you have to be certain that you are hearing God's voice.
The only way to build familiarity with His voice is by spending time with the Holy Spirit.
You have to start involving Him in every one of your conversations.

Learn to meditate on God's voice, and you will hear Him.
Another way you can hear the voice of God is to expect it.
If you need clarity, He will respond to you.

You must keep delighting in His presence.
Now that you know your place and God's will, you must submit yourself to His leading.
You must come to the place of surrender because God will only use a consecrated, humble vessel.

You have to learn to put off the old nature of sin.
You cannot walk with people who will lead you in ways that displease God.
As an anointed one, you must realize that you will be in constant war with the enemy.
This is because he does not want the fulfillment of God's agenda on the earth.

Let us pray.

Almighty Father, I thank you for your goodness in my life.
You remind me daily that I am Your child.
Your presence overwhelms me, and I am grateful You are mindful of me.
I come before Your throne of mercy to ask for Your help.

Lord, let Your blood purge me of every uncleanliness.
Satisfy my heart and give me the grace to live for You.
I want You to help me separate from what You ask of me.
I need You to help me live in consecration; open my heart to You, and teach me to walk in obedience.

As You give me instructions about my divine purpose, help me to promptly obey Your word.
I seek the help of Your Holy Spirit in my life.
I cannot learn Your ways without the Holy Spirit.

I submit myself to Him and ask that He works in me.
I want You to teach me to build intimacy with You.
I want to prioritize Your presence.
So help me to do Your will.

I need You to give me Your wisdom.
Lord, help me take advantage of the seasons in my life.
Open my eyes to see the plans that You have for me, and help me walk in them.
I ask that You empower me with everything I need to be a good leader.

Cleanse me from everything that will draw back my service to You and the people.
You have sent me to give me a willing heart.
Father, help me to honor You through my obedience to Your word.

I ask that You help me lean towards stewardship.
Help me become one who serves and advances Your kingdom on earth.
I ask that You teach me to surrender to Your leadership.

Help me take the position of service like Joshua and Elisha.
Teach me to keep a humble heart as I learn from them.
I ask that there will be an impartation of the grace upon their lives.

As I serve, I thank You for the privilege of being one of Your elect.
Thank You for hearing me when I call to You.
I know that You will do what You promised.
I want to thank You for Your assurance of presence during hard times.

I know that You will help me fulfill my purpose on earth.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Beloved, you must keep building intimacy with God.
You must learn not to stay out of His presence for too long.
It is also important that you use the anointing in your life.

If you sense an anointing of healing in your life, start by praying for those who have health concerns.
As you become conscious of your special gifts, you allow the manifestation of God's presence in your life.
You also must learn to keep greed out of your heart.
It can make you lose God's anointing in your life.

Keep seeking God, and you will continue to enjoy an overflow of His presence.
C.S. Lewis reminded us that "God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself because it is not there. There is no such thing."
Embrace this truth as you walk in your divine calling.
