The one that is making an average of $40,000 from Adsense because it has a major US audience. They also take on many sponsors, so you can estimate it accordingly.

All this channel does is commentary on rugby news. You can target NBA, football, or any other popular sport. I have seen channels in every sports news niche making the same amount of money.

The fourth one is Open House 24. Let me show you the Adsense earnings first—it's just $500. Why is this channel even on the list? Wait! I can say that he is making $100k to $500k a month easily from this. But how? He is showcasing real estate properties, and if he sells at least one per month, he can easily take a commission of up to $100k or even more.

This is a new niche, and nobody is seeing this opportunity. If you have any real estate passion or an edge, you can consider it. The fifth one is Big Tractor Power. It’s strange, but people love big machines and tractor videos a lot. Its popular video has 16 million views, and according to Social Blade, it is making an average of $20,000 per month easily.

The top channel in this category is Fireship. It gives news about new tools in a funny and digestible way, making between $100k to $500k every single month. Its Social Blade shows around $50k, but sponsors pay much more than you think.

Another one is the AI Grid. This is an AI news channel that covers everything related to AI. It just started a year ago and is uploading 2 to 3 videos every day, accumulating over 48 million views.

With an RPM of $2, this channel easily generates $100k or more, and they also sponsor their videos. Faceless channels in AI niches are making a ton of money these days.

Another one is Alec. This is the simplest channel in this niche. There are no hard edits—just simple viral topics—and it makes $10k per month. I know the video creation process requires only two to three hours of effort, and if you see they have many viral videos with millions of views, it’s worth it and no headache.

A great channel for beginners. The 14th one is Bible Stories. This channel started just a year ago and generated 25 million views with a whopping almost 400k subscribers. All done with AI; look at this video with 2.4 million views. This video alone made them $20 to $30 easily, all done with AI.

These types of animations are popular these days. You can use Sora AI or Runway ML to do these easily. The 15th one is Eye of Wisdom, one of my friends' channels that I helped in the past. It’s done entirely from scratch using AI.

The next one is a brand-new channel, Grim Motivation, with almost no competition. He is making poems from ChatGPT and posting them with a single image like this. So far, he has generated 2.2 million views in just a few months.

The next one is a little bit better, a self-help channel that uses whiteboard drawings to explain things. This channel gained a million subscribers in just 99 videos. It started just two years ago and made approximately $1 million from this channel. I don’t have any proof, but trust me, this is happening here.

The 34th niche in self-help is Audiobooks, a beginner-friendly channel to start for those who love books. Audiobook 101 is the channel. As they are posting long videos, they are making more from AdSense. As mentioned in Social Blade, they started uploading videos a year ago and built a pure passive stream.

Anyway, the 35th one will amaze you. This channel has 1.5 million subscribers with only 15 uploads! Yes, believe your eyes; this is just a book summary documentary channel which is making $10,000 per month easily from these videos.

Health and Beauty: After Covid, everyone cares about their health a lot, and with health, beauty is also booming on YouTube.

At number 41, there is Roberta's Gym, which focuses on quick and effective workout routines, with an estimated $35k monthly earning from AdSense alone. Sponsors in the health space pay much more than any other niche. You can say they are easily earning $100k per month.

Next is CR Muscle, a fitness channel focusing on building muscle mass through gym exercises and diet. By just posting tutorials and motivational content, they built a family of 100k subscribers and earn around $58k to $20k monthly.

The next one is Natural Cures. This is literally a gold mine, with an estimated earnings of $250k to $500k every single month. The 51st niche is Peezzle. You won’t believe it, but this channel generated 350 million views from both short-form and long-form videos. This channel is based on the mysteries of the Internet and other secrets hidden by the governments. It could be a great option for you, as it has literally no competition.

Next are the Door Brothers. Look at the videos first. These are purely AI-generated music videos that have generated 22 million views with only 25 videos. Trust me, this is just the beginning.

Music videos are getting billions of views, and if this channel hits just one viral hit, it could be a pure gold mine. Even now, they are easily making $20k to $30k per month.

The next one is Shooting Shnata. This channel uploads meditation sound videos taken from free resources on the Internet. These meditation videos are mostly watched by older people in developed countries, giving them an RPM of $4 easily.

If I calculated the earnings from just one video with 14 million views, it’s more than $56,000. Now you can imagine the potential.

Here, at number 54, is a Bookish English Channel. This channel just reads English sentences to target people who want to learn the language. It started just a year ago and gained over 10 million views by simply reading stories with AI.

The 55th one is Wingx with just 17 uploads gaining 21 million views. They create airplane documentaries, showing that you can start niche documentary channels. These channels have great scope.

After extensive analysis, I found that broader topics have a lot of competition, but there is a massive scope in niche-down channels. To be honest, they are surpassing big channels in terms of both views and earnings.

For example, I will use the channel Gravity, which makes top 10 videos and has gathered millions of views. I will copy its username, paste it into the box, and hit generate. In seconds, it will give me the best ideas inspired by this channel. Boom! Here’s my idea. I like it. So I will click on generate script.

You can try this with more channels in your niche. Once I click, the script will appear. I will set the word limit to 1200 words, as this is for a 10-minute video. I will choose the list video tab because my video format is a list. Then I will set the counter to 10, type my topic, and hit generate.

Look at this! It’s just awesome. The intro and the way it is written feels real. The research is done for you. You can copy this script into a document and use 11 labs for the voiceover.
