one buy an alarm clock and charge your phone outside your room
two put the alarm clock on the other side of your room so you have to get up out of bed to turn it off
three when you're up make your bed don't get back in
four before you do anything else fill up a glass of water and go outside stand there for 5 minutes looking up at the sky
five come back inside and take a cold shower it'll wake you up better than a coffee and won't give you a crash
six sit down and meditate for 5 minutes breathe in and out and when your mind wonders bring it back to the breath the more your mind wanders the better the meditation is
seven get out a journal and write for a little while write about anything your feelings thoughts emotions plan your day set some goals for your year month and week
eight spend 5 minutes each day tidying your environment a cluttered space is a cluttered mind so declutter
nine go through everything you own and throw away the things you haven't used in the past year
ten go through everyone you follow and remove all the people you haven't met in the past year
eleven go through all your apps and remove all the apps you don't want to use only use social media on your computer that way it doesn't leave the house with you
twelve set your phone to grayscale

fourteen buy a whiteboard and write up your goals to-do lists and any habits you're trying to incorporate into your life that way you can always see them
